Investigator Nicholas Smith joined Pyr-Tech in June of 2017, bringing with him over 10 years of experience in the field of fire and explosion investigations. Nick is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors Degree in Fire and Safety Engineering Technology.

Nick is a Certified Fire Investigator (CFI) through the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI); and a Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator, Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator, and a Certified Fire Investigator Instructor through the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI). Investigator Smith is licensed to conduct investigations in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Indiana. Nick can be reached via email at nsmith@pyrtech.com.
